Admin Setup

1. Collapse Panels:
   • Automatically collapse conversation detail and other admin panels.
2. Hide Conversation Details Panel:
   • Automatically hide the conversation details panel in the admin area.
3. Automatic Translation:
   • Translate admin area to match agent profile or browser language.
   • Option to exclude the settings area from translation.
4. Automatic Archiving:
   • Archive conversations marked as read every 24 hours.
5. Sort Conversations by Date:
   • Always sort conversations by date in the admin area.
6. Agent Privileges:
   • Set permissions for agents to edit users, delete conversations/messages, and access specific areas.
7. Supervisors Privileges:
   • Extended permissions for supervisors, including access to settings, reports, sending messages, and adding new content.
8. RTL (Right-To-Left) Layout:
   • Activate RTL reading layout for the admin area.
9. Profile Images:
   • Display profile images of agents and users within conversations.
10. Disable Features:
    • Options to disable specific features like channel filters, attachment lists, and others.
11. Notes and Tags Settings:
    • Manage settings for internal notes and conversation tags.
12. Tags Management:
    • Add and manage tags for labeling and sorting conversations.
13. Chat Transcript Settings:
    • Configure transcript settings with format options like CSV, and download capabilities.
14. User Table Customization:
    • Add additional columns to the user table for more detailed information.
15. Saved Replies:
    • Create and manage pre-written replies for efficient communication.
16. Custom JS/CSS:
    • Fields for inputting custom JavaScript or CSS to personalize the admin area’s functionality and appearance.
17. Manifest File URL:
    • Modify the PWA icon by specifying a new manifest file URL.
18. Color Customization:
    • Set primary and secondary colors for the admin area’s design.
19. Account Switching:
    • Switch between different accounts without needing to sign out.
